Students of MBA, Semester II (Batch 2018-20) namely, Varun Sejpal(c) Sanket Tribhuwan, Akshay Badhane, Satyam Vispute, Jayesh Chaudhary, Makrand Chinchore and Rajeev Tiwary won the 1st prize in Tug-Of-War - Vista2K19 organised by International Institute of Management Studies, Pune on 28th February 2019.

Dr. Deepali Garge, Stephen Tambe, Rohit Dhande and Smriti Dash won the best paper award for their paper 'The effect of new launch of electronic/hybrid cars on consumers and manufacturers: An empirical study in Automobile industry in Pune ' at the 7th National Conference On ‘Managing Resource Through Creativity for Generating Opportunities in 21^st Century’, organised by S. B. Patil Institute of Management Pune.

MOU signed with QuestionPro - a software solution provider organisation for creation, distribution and comprehensive suite for analyzing research and survey results. QuestionPro app is a dynamic survey app which offers offline data collections.

Annual Program “Parakram 2K17” of Dr.D.Y.Patil Vidyapeeth’s Global Business School & Research Centre(GBSRC), Tathawade, Pune started from Monday, 6th February, 2017 and will culminate on till 10th February 2017 .

On 04/02/2017 a seminar was organized in the Seminar Hall of Global Business School & Research Centre on “ SWOT Analysis of Union Budget 2017“ for its MBA students .Prof.(Dr.) N.M.Vechalekar and CA Hrishikesh Chincholkar ,the resource persons for the same were welcomed by Dr.L.K.Tripathy,the Director of GBSRC.

Dr.Hemendra Singh,Aumni of IIM-Bangalure conducted a Guest Lecture session for the students of MBA on "Work Culture for Employability " in the Seminar Hall of GBSRC ,Tathawade Campus on 28/01/2017.

"Constitution Day -2016" was celebrated by the Faculty Members,Staff and all MBA students of GBSRC on 26/11/2016.On this occasion, Dr.Anirudh Thuse ,Faculty Member explained the salient features of the Indian Constitution and Dr.L.K.Tripathy ,Director lead the group citation of the preamble of the Indian Constitution."

A Debate competition was organized by DPU on 19th October 2016, the World Bioethics Day with the topic "Is our Social Environment Conducive for Ethical Practices?" The SECOND winner is Ms. Priyanka Gupta .
