The VICHAYAN- is a peer-reviewed annual journal published by Global Business School & Research Centre, constituent institute of Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth. Pune (Deemed University). The VICHAYAN-International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research started in the year 2021. The journal provides a platform for researchers, practitioners, academicians and professionals to publish original research articles in the form of conceptual papers, theoretical and empirical research with clear theoretical backgrounds, case-studies across the different disciplines/domains of management.
Besides this, innovative contributions that do not fit into the management discipline but fall under the related functional areas of management could also be considered as they may benefit the researching community at large.
The Journal adheres to the blind reviewing policy in which the identity of both the reviewer and author are concealed from each other. The submitted manuscripts will be assessed by reviewers with domain knowledge of the submission’s main research area. All manuscripts are assessed initially by the Editors and only those papers will be sent for outside review that meet the methodological and editorial standards of the journal and fit within the scope of the journal.
